NORTHERN VIRGINIA WEEKLY GET-TOGETHER

Sunday mornings we meet at this little diner out in the Virginia countryside and indulge ourselves in the customary tire-kicking and b.s. ing that usually occurs when you get a bunch of bike nuts together in one spot. The best part of this venue is its location. Not only is it easily accessible within the Northern Virginia region, and away from all the traffic and congestion of the suburbs, but it's at the doorstep of the area's most scenic country roads which radiate out in all directions, winding and rolling to other fantastic routes and interesting places. For more information, there's an article about this meeting spot in the latest (July/August) issue of the Motorcycle Times.

Here are the directions for those who'd like to check it out: When every Sunday morning anywhere from 8am to 10am or so. Where The Fauquier Livestock Exchange Diner is located at the intersection of Route 55 (Marshall Hwy) and Zulla Road, between the towns of The Plains and Marshall, in Fauquier County Virginia. You can pick up Route 55 from either Route 29 or 15 to the east or from Route 17 to the west. And if its ease and expediency you're after, you can get there right off exit 31 or 27 from Interstate 66. Hope to see some of you there.
