TO AVOID LATE FEES, YOUR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINES WHICH ARE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. PRE-REGISTERING ALLOWS THE CLUB TO PLAN CORRECTLY FOR THE ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT. INSUFFICENT NUMBERS OF PRE-REGISTRATIONS MAY CAUSE EVENTS TO BE CANCELLED.
